1. Are there any promotional or exclusive bonuses that I have to worry about missing out on? (I know there's a pre-order bonus, but will it be available later? This also includes EA Play bonuses and anything besides regular DLC.)2. Is there anything permanently missable, even rewards for beating the game a certain way?3. Are there any rewards for having save data from a different video game?4. Is this game identical on all platforms, and what systems will it release on?

@EA_Leeuw Fortunately, I was able to get answers on Twitter! It seems that nothing is permanently missable, the only bonus is the Hermit outfit, and I don't need another game to unlock content in this one!

Good questions. I would have thought some of those answers will emerge in the weeks coming up to launch.

I tend to look to past games to indicate what will happen, though I can't recall how those things were for Fallen Order.

We don't have that information yet @UnwaryCoin, but I will try to answer them by looking back at Jedi Fallen Order.

Fallen Order was released in nov 2019 with an orange lightsaber as a pre-order bonus. That lightsaber and all other pre-order bonuses became available to all players in January 2020. So it is definitely possible that pre-order stuff will be added later on for all players. However, they may keep it exclusive this time. No one knows, so no guarantees at all.

I don't think there are special rewards for beating the game at a particular difficulty if that is what you mean. Keep in mind that there are deluxe edition bonuses and pre-order bonuses that may not become available if you don't buy it.

You mean you get rewards if you own the Jedi Fallen Order? Never heard about it so I won't count on it.

In terms of story: yes. Exactly the same.

@DYSPROssium Thank you! I don't just mean difficulty, but like if the game gave you something for a no-death run or something. Also, I don't just mean bonuses from Fallen Order, it could be any game, really. Would there be any other differences, besides story (additional modes, alternate level designs, etc.) or would the game be functionally identical?

Nothing is yet released on achievements! So we have no clue haha. But there will probably be steam and EA Play Application achievements.

Respawn also makes Apex Legends, and they have sometimes added an in-reward bonus in Apex Legends with Jedi Fallen Order theme. However, those were available to everyone, not just people that owned the game.

No, the game would be functionally identical across platforms! Same store, same level design etc. Your own preference for a particular platform is more important 🙂

I'm hoping that, since we're closer to launch, we might have definitive answers. I know its predecessor had pre-order bonuses (which became available later), EA Play bonuses that require an active subscription (or a next-gen upgrade, at least for PS5), and a Walmart code.

What do you mean by this, if I may ask? Do you mean to ask if the pre-order, and/or Deluxe Edition items, will be available at a later time as well as a standalone purchase?

@UnwaryCoin, gotcha. Unfortunately, I don't have any information about that at the moment. There's always a possibility that there will be something like a Deluxe Upgrade in the future like there was for STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order.

I would recommend keeping an eye on the stores to see if there ever will be a Deluxe Upgrade available. 🙂
