activation key

I pre-ordered Jedi: Survivor Deluxe Edition on the 8th of January, 2023. After the launch, I played for 37 hours, and now, all of a sudden, it's telling me that my game wasn't activated properly. I tried logging in to my account, that didn't work, so I tried going to the EA website to activate it, but I couldn't even do that. So now I can't play the game I paid a lot of money for. I have attached a picture of the error message I'm receiving. I never received an activation key, so I have no idea what to do.

    I looked at your account real quick, which is normally not something we do via the forums, but I can tell you that it's likely that something didn't go well with the order. I would recommend reaching out to the support team via https://help.ea.com/contact-us.
