Agressive texture streaming issues not present before patch 9

@Vavrah Guess what! This issue is present on the PS5 version since patch 6, tho it only happens after you play like 3 hours. After that, you need to reboot the game, and everything is fine in the next 3 hours (I've reported this issue many times). The devs didn't bother to fix it, after more than one year after release. I'm pretty sure you are stuck with this problem now too.
