Bad performance on PC

When is this supposed patch being released for PCs? How can a company be held accountable for terrible products and lack of accountability like this other than provide people with refunds for their screw ups? I don't understand how this isn't getting more attention. It's ELECTRONIC ARTS!! It's a multi million dollar company!! They should have higher standards than most but here we are with a game that can't even be played but I'm supposed to accept that they get to keep my money?!?? Release the patch within 24 hours or refund the people PERIOD.

It was stupid to hope that the game would not have problems.
  • @Gamerarvid09 Same error here. Nothing helpful here of course, tried the whole 'update drivers' BS, nothing changed. Applied for a refund, they can keep their broken game. Did you manage to find a fix?
  • @Gamerarvid09 Yeah, I did that via Steam, twice. No change. Applied for a refund and according to them, I should get one, though naturally only to the steam wallet. Nice little object lesson.
  • This is absolutely true. EA got their money, and this is their new business model. Release a game that is unplayable. Then make the customer sit around and wait for month for them to fix their problem, if they do it at all. I should be able to get my money back, but EA only offers a 24 hour period to do so. From now on, I will not buy a game from EA until 6 months after its release, if performance issues are corrected.
