BD-1 Electro darts – no access

Just after getting the electro dart upgrade, the introduction of the electro darts didn’t show. When I access BD-1 the elector darts icon shows but I can not access them. I have tried to restart the PS5 and the game but still no access. I can´t go further in the game since you can´t go back and can´t go forward without accessing the electro darts. Is it possible to fix this problem?
