So far the only thing I have found to get around this is to go through new game+

Damn, it breaks 2 of my achievements at this stage.

Try leaving the planet and coming back. It worked for me.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens all the time. I have completed thew game and the bounty hunter fight that takes place in the area.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot proceed through the game as there are collectables and a unique enemy in that area.
What do you expect to see? An empty doorway that i can go through.

I’m trying to get this Essence in Yurt Barracks (2:14 https://youtu.be/IEd6Jk6Bp8M ) but for me the door is blocked by two large canisters and I have no way through it. I have finished the game and have all the abilities. There are lots of doors blocked by these cannisters in Yurt Barracks and Luchrehulk Core.

This one solved it for me as well.

What happens when the bug occurs? Some acces are block and there’s no other way
What do you expect to see? No silo and I want to finish the game

Summarize your bug If you keep fighting bounty hunters, eventually you'll reach a point where bounty hunters join the Bedlam Raiders in the Lucrehulk. In order to guide the player through the gauntlet of bounty hunters and eventually fight Jo the Cannibal, there are numerous roadblocks in the Lucrehulk. One of them is the removal of the elevator to the upper section of Lucrehulk Core (The one that you need the Force Slam ability to bring down). After completing the Jo the Cannibal fight, going to a different planet and returning, restarting the game, and anything else I could think of, the roadblocks stay; I could not get the elevator to reappear. There is a collectible that I've missed up there and now I can't 100% the game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fight Jo the Cannibal and try to access the upper section of Lucrehulk Core.
What happens when the bug occurs? An elevator never appears, blocking progress.
What do you expect to see? An elevator that needs force slammed to reach the higher area.
