Buried refuge treasure stuck on wall

I have this same issue.  I’m on PS5 though.

Seemed to have the same issue on PS5, but going back there after defeating the drill, now it's on the ground. 

Same issue on PS5, but as with the above user, I was able to obtain it after the destruction of the driller.

Summarize your bug There is a Jedha Scroll treasure in the Buried Refuge area near the Databank showing the escaping refugees. It spawns high up on a wall and is completely impossible to reach. It should spawn on the floor.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Access the Buried Refuge area on Jedha and follow the passages until you come to the circular room where there is a Databank entry on a pedestal in the centre showing the character you are looking for helping the refugees to escape. Look high up to your left of this and the scroll will be flashing in an alcove in the wall which is totally impossible to reach.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot collect the Jedha scroll meaning it is impossible to achieve 100% collectibles in the game.
What do you expect to see? Return the Scroll's spawn point to the ground where it is supposed to be.

From Meditation Point Sanctuary Temple - proceed through area, then through water tunnels, unlock the sliding puzzle door. Now in Buried Refuge where a force echo A Noble Deed is located. The Jeddha Scroll is left of the echo, just to the right of the exit...but about 20 feet high instead of on the ground.

What happens when the bug occurs? The scroll is way out of reach. Tried reloading the game, but to no avail. Also tried to hit a checkpoint and rest but also did not work.

What do you expect to see? Jeddha scroll is obviously stuck in the wall architecture. I can see the flashing light that indicates a collectible item.

From Meditation Point Sanctuary Temple - proceed through area, then through water tunnels, unlock the sliding puzzle door. So now I'm in Buried Refuge. Picked up the force echo & missed the scroll somehow. Went into the next room...Cut scene played where brother Armias gets squashed like a bug & Cal gets the shield dash ability. Proceeded through level, back to sanctuary temple. Realized I missed an item, actually two, so went back through & upon reaching Buried Temple room the scroll is stuck about 20 feet high in the wall. 

Not sure if this is a generated bug because I missed it before the cut scene with Armias or not; however, I'm fairly certain I would have seen the flashing collectible my first time through the level - it's a couple feet beside the door & harder to miss than most scrolls.

I'm trying to 100% & platinize the game (like I did twice for Fallen Order). Love the game but this is saddening.

This is not a glitch. The scroll will fall down AFTER the fight with the drill. I guess, narratively, the idea is it gets dislodged by the fight and the upheaval caused by it. Everyone who says you can get it after proved right for me.
