Caij is not in tactical guide

Summarize your bug For some reason Caij is not in my tactical guide. I am trying to get every enemy into my tactical guide so I can earn the trophy, however Caij is not in it. I am in a NG+ file and have completed the story and defeated Caij but she isn’t in the tactical guide.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a new game plus file and defeat Caij
What happens when the bug occurs? Caij is not included/scanned into the tactical guide 

What do you expect to see? I expect to see Caij being able to be scanned into the tactical guide 100% of the time after she is defeated.

I am in a new game plus file, Koboh is 100% completed. I am able to accept quests from her and talk to her in 'Pyloons Saloon'. The tactical guide for Haxion Brood is at 87% with only Caij missing from it. She is available to play against in the 'Holotactics' mini game. Every other faction is 100 percent completed
