Cal + Merrin cutscene doesn't trigger randomly

Hey everyone! So there is that cutscene that is supposed to play after you defeat Rayvis on the Shattered Moon. This is the scene where Cal is not sure why Santari didn't notice the change in Dagan until it was too late, and Merrin says stuff like 'if you ever stray from the path, we will be here for you' or something. I've played through the game several times, but this cutscene doesn't always trigger. Are there special conditions? Most of the time I go to Jedah after defeating Rayvis, so I can complete the last force site with the grapple upgrade. Do you have to go straight to Koboh for this scene to play? Can someone check this, and/or provide an answer? It would be much appreciated!

I'm on PS5 by the way. I hope it's not a bug.
