Can you play pre-order content from Xbox on PC?

I bought the pre-order content for Star Wars Jedi: Survival on my Xbox and I was wondering if I downloaded the game on my PC, would the content be available in the game or is it exclusively for the Xbox Series x or Xbox One? I'd love to play the game since I played all of Jedi Order, but I would like to know if its included with it not being a Xbox Play Anywhere game.
