Cannot get past elevator scene at the beginning
I start up Jedi:Survivor play on the lowest possible visual settings and can never get past the elevator scene at the very beginning.

You can't get past it because it does what?
I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, so we can get a better sense of what we're dealing with.
