Cannot Leave Meditation Area

Summarize your bug I started the game, and enter the very first meditation area. Once in the meditation area, I cannot leave as my "B" does not do anything. I tried everything, exiting / restarting game, restarting entire console, etc., but now when I go to play, it puts me into that very same meditation area, and I have no way of leaving.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I cannot fix the bug myself.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens, I enter the meditation area, and can never leave it. I tried everything, but I'm stuck in that area with no way of progressing.
What do you expect to see? I want to leave the mediation area and play the game.
UPDATE: It's been days since I posted this, and I simply cannot leave this meditation area. I literally have tried everything, but nothing I do works. I hope the developers take a look at this issue, as I cannot progress in the game without a solution.
ANOTHER UPDATE: Major update pushed to my game today, and it did not fix the issue. I still get stuck in the meditation area, unable to leave. I honestly loved the first game so much, but now this is very frustrating, and it's too bad they cannot solve this.
