Cannot play offline?!

I cannot play this game offline. Even if I sign in online, leave the app open, go offline, and try to start the app, it won't work. I checked "remember me" when logging in. This is a game I purchased...

    Thanks for the additional information, with that error can you try the steps we shared here and here?

Windows 11. Most updated version of EA app. Even when I'm actively connected to WiFi, if I click "Go Offline" and try to open Jedi Survivor from the same EA app window, I get the EC 204 License expired warning.
