Cannot progress to Jedha for the first time

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug When I board the Mantis and set the destination to Jedha to meet Cere, I get stuck in hyperspace and never arrive. There is dialogue from Greez that implies a message from Jedha will be played on the holotable, but this never happens and there is no longer an interaction prompt for the holotable. There is also no prompt in Cal's seat, which would usually trigger landing. This is preventing me from progressing the game!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After Forest Array quest has been completed, board the Mantis and set destination to Jedha.
What happens when the bug occurs? Dialogue occurs from Greez, suggesting an incoming message from Jedha will be played on the holotable. But the message does not happen, and there is no interaction prompt on the holotable. This leaves me stranded in hyperspace with no way to progress!
What do you expect to see? Expect interaction prompt on holotable to play message from Jedha.

If I quit and reload, I can once again interact with the holotable to set the destination. This lets me return to Koboh and leave the Mantis. However, if I select Jedha again I get the same problem as described (although the dialogue is different now; generic dialogue about Jedha being in the middle of nowhere.)

  • I'm at the part where you first meet up with your old teammate, the chick from Dathomir, and you have to make your way through some old ruins and basically dodge the monster from the movie Tremors. It keeps crashing. At the exact same place too. I get to a certain point on the map that I need to pass through in order to complete a main objective and then it just crashes and takes me to the "report error" screen. I've tried clearing my system cache, I've tried rebuilding my database, I've tried putting both the console and the game itself into performance mode. None of it worked. It still crashes in the exact same spot every single time. What do? Want be Jedi, please tell what do.

  • I have the same problem except its happening to me on the second trip to Jedah. Its Wednesday and none of the patches fixed it for me.

  • OP, I fixed that issues today by verifying the files. First time it found 8 corrupted files then got an error downloading those, ran the verify again and it got all the good files. Was able to travel to Jedha right away and performance seems much more stable.

Can confirm, when I ran into this issue, I also had corrupted files. Verifying the files fixed my issue.

  • I'm having this same exact issue except it's on PS5. I'm assuming the PC patches didn't happen for the PS5.
