Can't cycle through enemies while using focus like target mode can

@TheLankieMidgetseconded, I usually have pretty good luck doing the normal target first, but sometimes this game just breaks your lock for like no reason. So I'd like to be able to select enemies while holding the focus button and to also have the dpad buttons cycle through the stances while holding the focus button and setting it when you release.
