Can't get koboh matter to disappear, making some areas unreachable

@Nameloc1RandomM  I think there are two issues here.  One is that the vines can still show up on the map even after they're removed, as described here:

Feel free to click Me Too and post in that thread if you are in fact seeing the same issue.

The other is kind of a spoiler, but suffice to say you're not locked out.

You're not supposed to get past the area you're trying to access, at least not from that side.  Progress further and look around.
