can't hear cal

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Can't hear cal in game when he talks.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't hear cal speak. You can see subtitles.
What do you expect to see? I should expect to hear Cal.

Cal all of a sudden has lost the ability to speak.
Subtitles still happen.
Reloading the save does not appear to solve the issue.
Turning off the game and reloading does not appear to solve the issue.

    @thematrixiam I reloaded the an alt journey. and the issue persists.
    I can faintly hear him, it sounds like he is in a cave, or far away. The only reason I can hear him is because I am in a quiet area at Greeze's Saloon.

    It is as if the game has permanantly switch cal to be in a room far away, and it can not accurately adjust the volume.

    Force Echos seems exceptionally quiet to. barely able to make out sound.

    Random enemies or NPC in game I can hear perfectly.

    Does not make sound on zipline now either when you use BD-1 to access a shortcut.
