I cant launch any jedi game (fallen order, survivor) because it keeps saying there is a problem with your games setup. please reinstall the game
I have reinstalled it several times, diagnosed it, reinstalled the ea app, cleared its cache, install c++ and dx drivers, and none of them helped. any idea?
tried everything which you said, still the same issue.

I see you have two GPUs and the main GPU has an outdated driver. I suggest that you set up a gaming profile and update the GPU drivers. You can find instructions for that here: Troubleshooting graphics on PC
