Can't progress from the Veiled Hangar after first meeting Endo cordova

Game: SW Jedi: Survivor Platform: PS4 After the sandstrorm, meeting Endo Cordova , walking together to meet Cere. The elavator doesn't start, I step out of it, it immediately went down without me....

I’m stuck in the exact same situation. Cannot find any fixes on any forums. Any chance of a game total breaking bug fix for this two year old game?
