Don't ask how I did it, but this worked. Tried jumping at least 200 times just trying different things and this finally worked.

Let me know if you find out how to get past this. I’ve reset and repaired in EA my game but still it’s bugged.

It's not a reinstall or reboot bug. It's a "we screwed this up by using the buyers as our beta" screwup. The only answer is trial and error. And it took me forever. But it's worth the trouble and swearing.
