    Hello everyone,

    They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

    - Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

@DYSPROssium I've had the same problem now for over half an hour, please find a solution asap, the whole game is being ruined by this experience. Would really appreciate a quick response. Thanks
