game won't open/launch
I bought the game yesterday and can't open it. Every time I try to launch the game, it doesn't open, and it sends a message "an error on our end occurred". How can I fix it? I have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, 16 GB RAM, 1060 GTX 6GB

I was having the same issue but I got it to work by reverting to older NVIDIA drivers. Specifically, the latest drivers (581.80) made the game crash, but the version before that (581.57) works fine for me.
How do you revert NVIDIA drivers? I have one too.
You can manually search the drivers for your card on the NVIDIA website https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/
From there you can install the drivers normally from the exe
