    Hello everyone,

    They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

    - Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

Welp, can’t play the game anymore until this gets fixed. I’m not restarting. But yea, I too am stuck in chamber of duality and fast travel is not available at meditation point. Also, there is no way to open the elevator door.

    Same boat ,I got out of the chamber and saw a blue light and all of a sudden turning into quest was the last thing on my mind. And I have explored until I died without hitting new meditation spot and now I'm paying the price. I'm going to check for updates right now
