Hello everyone,

They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

- Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

Same issue; died after exiting the elevator and respawned at collapsed chamber meditation point. Can't go back (there's an anchor point up the wall behind the meditation point but it is out of reach; I assume it will become accessible later with some new ability), can't go forward past the elevator. Moderator's suggestion to reload last save just respawns me at the same meditation point.
