    Hello everyone,

    They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

    - Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

@HviidL Same issue here. Died after reaching the surface, came back down to the Mediation Point outside the Chamber of Duality. Can't fast travel out, and the lift doesn't work.
