yeah they told me to talk with EA support to get it sorted, however with my luck those servers are down atm

The gaming app that provide the code is asking me for the expiration date of the code in order to replace it can you help ?

Community ManagerYou'll need to contact the retailer the code was purchased from. Normally, they don't have expiration dates.
