Code not redeeming

I got a code for the game and it does not work no matter what I do, is it possible to get a replacement code?

    Issues with codes need to be investigated by the retailer the code was purchased from. Thanks!

The gaming app that provide the code is asking me for the expiration date of the code in order to replace it can you help ?

You'll need to contact the retailer the code was purchased from. Normally, they don't have expiration dates.
