@EA_Leeuw They don’t seem to care, had the same issue, emailed them. They just say there’s nothing they can do. Charged extra for content we can’t even use, if the account isn’t North American.

Sorry to hear that. However, I would recommend reaching out to LRG again to request assistance with this, as we're unfortunately not able to help with this. Maybe specifically mention in your support request that the NA code won't work within your region and that you need a replacement code?
