Summarize your bug Crashes everytime after the cutscene between Bode and Cal during Rescue Zee from the Lucrehulk when they see the Bedlam Raiders base (cinematic has you looking at the Lucrehulk). Turn around the corner and walk/dash/whatever and it crashes immediately. Crash log LoginId:971ba8d8595b80edc06de37fc30095d7 LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 686] hr failed at D:/depot/r8branches/r8release/Engine/Source/Runtime/D3D12RHI/Private/D3D12Resources.cpp:507 with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED with Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the mission, proceed to the Lucrehulk > Crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? Crash log and exits the game.
What do you expect to see? To be able to continue along the path, I'm soft blocked from continuing the story now.
Running latest graphics drivers, cpu drivers, mobo, etc. Bios up to date as well.
I'm at least 6 attempts to get through, and it continues to crash when i'm using BD to zoom in during the initial cutscene.
Check it. The game stopped crashing after I processed the windows 11 may 2023 cumulative update. FYI.
I check for updates every other time i use this rig so had that cumulative update installed long before this patch came live, at least some companies thoroughly bug test their games before release.... <cough> Blizzard.....

- @Lightmantle Same problem as you. I tried restarting the game, clearing the shader cache, validating game files. Everything under the sun and still have that isssue. my specs are an i9 13900k with a rtx 3090ti and 64gb of ram but same issue every time.
I have the same exact bug but happens either before or during this cutscene. I can't really find away around this crash either...I have a Nvidia 4080 and i9 13900k. Would love to know the epic conclusion to Cal's adventure but it's not looking in the cards right now. Good luck!
