Summarize your bug No matter the updates EA claims they did, the game keeps crashing on Xbox Series X
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You don't have to find the bugs, it will literally crash and the game will force close, if it's bad enough it will shut your Xbox Series X completely off.
What happens when the bug occurs? It crashes, and even shuts your console off
What do you expect to see? I already requested a refund, it doesn't take much to spoil a game. This game was supposed to be a game changer and yet it became a game pooper.
No matter the updates on Xbox EA claims it did, it just keeps crashing. Already requested a refund for Xbox Series X.

Exactly this. I on the other hand cannot even get a refund because I believed that EA would fix this ongoing issue.
I find it unfair that they can take our money for a game that is not even working. If the game is broken and you have proof. EA should honour requests for a refund. Yet no one will ever read this apart from the odd community manager.Devs don’t care about us (the minority) and it shows. Never buying a game from this series again.

I bought this game the weekend it came out and after patch 7 I still can't play it. After the startup screen it just crashes. My xbox series X was one of the 1st produced, every game I have runs great except this one. I think I am done with EA games!

I had the same issue but I managed to fix it and now it doesn't crash.
What I did was clean the Xbox internally. So you need to open up the Xbox then I installed a fan that goes to 2000rpm (top fan). Previously even though I had a fan (max 1800rpm) it still crashed but now, with a stronger fan it works well. No crashes.
I really hope this helps. I was also once frustrated with the constant crashing.
