Spinning menus bug

Whenever there's a menu that can spin (workbench, shops, etc), it will not stop spinning when I'm not touching anything.

I play on performance mode and noticed that changing to graphics mode fixes it, but I'm not gonna change to graphics mode everytime I want to customise my lightsaber.
