Constant crashing Xbox Series X

Game still broken for me on XSX, as well.  I get to the main menu and it glitches like crazy and crashes.  Have been unable to play since the first "patch."

Game worked fine until that update...

This is getting ridiculous.

Since the most recent update on xbox series x the game just keep force quitting and returning to the Xbox home screen i played for an hour yesterday and had this happen 3 times in that hour. One of the times causing me to lose 15 mins of progress. I was in the planet Koboh the whole time this was happening so not sure if that is a factor but bad the game was already released with so many bugs but to then release a fix that has made the game worse with no way to get support apart from posting on a forum.

• To add in to this thread, I've done the following to attempt to play this game. The farthest I've gotten is the 2nd checkpoint in the tutorial and I believe the saves are corrupt somehow. Anyway, I have rest my router, rebuilding the port forwarding and creating a static IP for my system so the NAT remains open in IPv4 and IPv6 protocol. I then reset my console 5 times, 2 being factory resets. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game roughly 10 times wiping the save files from local storage and restarting the system afterwards. I have no other issues with other games downloading or playing. This is the first title that I have had this problem and the updates have done zero good. I guess I'll go play a broken, tech demonstration of an alpha (Star Citizen) that runs 100x better than this.

Playing on Series X and had no crashes prior to this patch despite 20+ hours in the game. Post patch 4 it’s crashing multiple times in a day. 
Game is not worth playing now as it’s too easy to lose progress and there’s no common scenario that causes the crash. 

I had the exact same issue...I been playing since launch and had 1 crash last weekend I think but then just yesterday it crashed on koboh after I talked to all the people in the cantina so I was pissed like I'm not about to spend 20 mins talking to everyone again so I shut the game off hard closed it...when I get on the game this morning in the 1st hour or so that I played it crashed 3 more times making me lose 10 mins of progress each time so I'm reinstalling it and I refuse to play again until ea decides to fix thier broken * game...the most recent patch is definitely what caused this nonsense...I did realize that this will be the last ea game I buy at launch...I refuse to give ea 70 dollars for a broken game going forward

Didnt have even one crash before latest update, now i can play 30-60min before it turns off my series X and gets extremly hot.

Have cleaned everything moved my console to an open space and it still happens everytime i play the game 

Unfortunately, no. No change whatsoever. Still crashes within seconds of starting up my game. Still stuck at the previously mentioned section and cannot continue.

I have the exact same issue.
I preordered a digital copy of the game on Xbox Series X (which I bought, solely so I could play this game)
To troubleshoot and (try) to get the game working, I have;
- Restarted the Console (Hard Reset, unplugged, left for 10 min etc)
- Reset the console and logged back into my account
- Cleared any Cache then Reset Console
- Reset Network settings
- Used Manual DNS network settings
- Use both a wired and wireless connection
- Downloaded the game onto both the internal storage, as well as 2 different hard drives (one HD one SSD).
- Tried to boot the game offline.
- Switched my Profile icon, theme, avatar etc to default Xbox looks (cause apparently that worked for some people).
- Uninstalled all games on my storage, Reset Console (not keeping games), Logged back into my Account, Registered Console, installed game using a wired connection.

Still Crashes after the opening Logos every time I try to boot the game.
Furthest I got was it showed the Coruscant menu for half a second, and there was an experience Bar at the top.
Another time it showed the weapons in the bottom left hand corner, but they were all overlapping each other.
Another time I got some weird static after the startup logos.
