Constant stuttering on PC, regardless of graphics settings

@Kenobi_2019  Your graphics card is actually below the minimum requirement of a GTX 1070 with 8 GB VRAM.  If I had to guess, the problem is less likely the slower speed of the 3050 than the fact that it only has half the video memory.  Jedi Survivor uses a lot of VRAM even on lower settings.  If you can play but with some residual stutter, that's probably about as good as you're going to get.
