DB-1 with custom controller settings

On the Xbox 1 when you customize the controller settings it does not operate the DB-1 functionality required to continue the game. Player is forced to reset controller to default settings to operate DB-1 with grinder and magnetic dart. The re-customize the controller to players normal environment. It’s very frustrating. Please don’t suggest that I relearn my controller for your game I would rather get a fix or a refund as I have stopped playing it. Also if your interested in customer opinion I am considering switching to a switch because of all the glitches and crashes occurring in these games. You really should step up your design and development player orientation testing and standards.
