Started playing on Xbox series x in Dec 2024. This bug also happened to me at the exact same point. Recruited droid Tina went back to the cantina and played the holograms. It crashed and I had to reset my Xbox. When I reloaded its automatically set to grand master difficulty and can’t be changed.
