Digital Deluxe Edition items not showing up

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series S
Summarize your bug Pre order deluxe edition of Jedi: Survivor cosmetic items not showing up. Hermit Cosmetic Hermit Lightsaber Set Combustion Blaster Set Scoundrel Cosmetic Rugged BD-1 Cosmetic DL-44 Blaster Set Rebel Hero Cosmetic BD-Astro BD-1 Cosmetic Rebel Hero Lightsaber Set Also issues with in game cosmetics not showing (i.e. BD-1 Nocular set)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown
What happens when the bug occurs? I just loaded the game this evening around 7pm CST. Last night I played till around 12am CST and content showed no issue. The ones I have equipped (Hermit Lightsaber Set) shows up physically on the saber but as "[LOCKED]" in the description and if I change the Cosmetic it disappears. Also the "[LOCKED]" item overlays all other cosmetics on the workbench screen when attempting to change cosmetics.
What do you expect to see? The missing Cosmetic contents I paid for. Understandable, **** happens. Just wanted to provide info to help bug fixes and user experience.

I just loaded the game this evening around 7pm CST. Last night I played till around 12am CST and content showed no issue.     Now that I have your attention, it's actually quite simple and I feel real dumb for not trying it earlier when I tried restarting my console, sign out of your xbox account on your console, then sign back in, the DLC entitlements should reappear for you after that."

  • Same here and I’m on the series X..   I had the preorder and deluxe cosmetics  on BD and my saber now they are super glitchy on the work bench..      since they were equipped prior to this last update.

    also missing all the paints that go along with them

    Negative. Probably just a temporary glitch while resolving other bug fixes. I'll just suffer till it's fixed. Lol

  • @Ster347 It says on the Xbox Store that I don't even own the Deluxe Edition anymore even though I paid for it. I'm going to call Xbox Support tomorrow and see if they can give me back ownership of the deluxe edition to resolve the issue
