Does not install on Xbox One Series X

Hello,

I have an Xbox One Series X.

When I try to install the game, I get the message: installation stopped.

I don't have any ongoing updates, and I have already cleared the MAC address cache. (as asked by someone on xbox support)

I can download other games that I own without any issues.
