Hi!
I had the same problem, just found a solution, thought I'd share it with you. Unfortunately, I didn't get the sword, but I was able to move forward in the story. My solution, since Drya can't leave the room but I can, I went outside and used the force to pull her out and then went back in, but she couldn't follow. I opened the door and walked back to the Mantis. Hopefully it will help someone who is not attached to the sword, and in time they will fix this problem.
