DX12 problem
Hi All, I am trying to play my fully loaded Jedi Survivor PC all requirements have been met. But when I click on play on the EA App, it takes a couple of minutes and then pops up saying DX 12 is not...

Can we give the following steps a try first and check if this continues?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
- Perform a clean boot of your PC to disable background tasks that may be interfering with your game.
If this continues would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?
