DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
Can't play this garbage without getting this error after 1-2 minutes of game play. No saves and game crashes to desktop. Classic EA garbage and they won't refund.

Thanks for taking a moment to reach out to the community on Answers HQ! When you have a moment can we give the following steps a shot?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- If there’s an option available, try capping your frame rate. You can also enable Vertical Sync (V-Sync), to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate.
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
If this keeps up, would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?
