EA blocks the game from starting after it has crashed (cloud gaming)

Hi, I'm getting Error code EC10502. It says that I've started the game on too many computers in the last 24h.

I'm playing on Boosteroid, so it makes sense that your systems think that I'm playing on different computers, but I'm not. It's just a new virtual PC.

How do I actually play this game in the cloud?

And what is the rate limit and block time?
