EA needs to release a proper roadmap

At this point, we know there are multiple performance issues affecting all platforms. We know EA is "working on it". The major issue at hand is the lack of communication. There are thousands of gamers waiting to play until performance is up to par, but EA has given no indication of how long this will take. EA should take a cue from other devs who have had sloppy releases that managed to save face...how did other studios do this? They acknowledged the issues and openly and transparently communicated a plan and timeframe for addressing issues. EA, please lay out a proper roadmap that communicates what you are actually working on fixing, what you aren't, and approximately when updates can be expected. If you miss your approximate dates, that's okay. We know things sometimes get more complicated to fix than initially thought. But the important thing here is that in not communicating, you are disrespecting your passionate fans who waited years for this game and preordered, only to be disappointed. Please, partner with your customers and let us know what the plan is.
