Error redeeming game code
Since yesterday 14:15 I have tried to redeem the code I got from the retailer whilst talking to their support. The retailer then sent me a new product code but with no effect. Their support advised me to contact EA as the problem seems to be on your side. I have tried everything, clearing cache, log out then in, restarted PC etc. I reported the problem on the EA App but with no response, please try to fix the problem as soon as possible. Thanks.

- What game are you trying to redeem?
- Where was the game code purchased from?
- Have you redeemed the code before?
