Find Greez - BD-noculars can't open holomap - can't proceed in game

Hello, I had this same problem and was able to fix it by using a PlayStation 5 controller and pressing directly in the middle of the center pad button. The holomap came up and I was able to proceed with the game. Only the center of the pad works as this did not work if I pressed on the left or right side of the pad. Hope this helps.
