Jedi Sanctuary Temple Door Glitch

Summarize your bug When on the Jedi Sanctuary Temple door puzzle, after completing the puzzle, you are not given an option to open the door. It just glitches out and you sit there stuck with no way to proceed. I've been solving the puzzle correctly, I referenced a guide online, it is 100% glitching to the point of un-usability. There is no way to advance in the story line after this bug shows up, I've tried everything from even uninstalling/reinstalling the game and started a new storyline from scratch, same problem once I got to the Temple door.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the stupid door or provide an alternative way to proceed with the storyline.
What happens when the bug occurs? The door it put together and nothing happens and no options are given to do anything.
What do you expect to see? A force push/pull option to open the door, it is not there and makes it impossible to proceed.

As I stated before, the Temple Sanctuary Door does not let you proceed after solving the puzzle, game is broken.
