[FIXED] Devastated Settlement - Second updraft inactive

@EA_Leeuw Why isn't this issue fixed yet? I'm starting to see this issue on multiple platforms. We literally can't progress in the story until this is corrected. I even started over and the same crap happens!!!!

  @EA_Leeuw UPDATE: So I was able to get across to the 3rd platform by manipulating the birds flight luckily. When I get over to the third platform and do the puzzle and get the orb to the coupling........THE THIRD LIFT ISN'T WORKING EITHER!!! IMAGINE FREAKING THAT. THIS IS JUST PATHETIC. A patch needs to be deployed ASAP!!

It’s happening with the 3rd air vent for a lot of us too
