Game Crash at Koboh

I bought this game in April and played through the Coruscant chapter. The game was fine. However, a couple days ago when I tried to launch the game again and started playing the Koboh chapter, the game began crashing, and I mean every time. I always get this error "LoginId:76dfa07bdac4e8da49bb791aa456a48d Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION writing address 0x000000003c4470e4," and I have no idea why it happened. I managed to get to the first meditation point, but after that, the crash always occurred after roughly 3-5 minutes.
