Summarize your bug Didn't save at a meditation point as Cere on Jehda so when I died and respawned I was at the beginning of the objective but the door was shut so I cannot progress any further.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When playing as Cere on Jehda once you get to the meditation point don't save. Then die and respawn.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stuck outside the door unable to progress in the game.
What do you expect to see? The door shut and unopening.
