This is happening to me as well and called Sony asking for a refund however they declined my request saying they're not responsible for the game having an error... EA - please fix this.
- 3 years ago@DillonG15 Really? I got a refund, it took a while though
- 3 years ago@kebabkungen5 No they said because I downloaded the content it doesn't qualify for their cancellation policy. I told them I'm not asking for a cancellation I'm asking for a refund because the game is broken.. How did you go about doing it yourself? Maybe you said a key word that I didn't use

@DillonG15That is very weird.
Not really, they just sent me a bunch of tedious tasks to prove that it was wrong with the game and not the console.
1. I provided a video of the game breaking bug.
2. I showed that it has been noted by the EA community team and that there is no solution in sight as of right now at least.
3. I provided pictures of the game breaking glitch.
4. I provided pictures of comments in this forum regarding the glitch.
5. I also told them that i have never ever refunded a game in my life and that i was pissed of due to spending 80$ for a game where it is litterally impossible to proceed since there are glitches.
I dont know if that did something but maybe they showed some sympathy.
All in all it took a total of 17 emails back and forth. But man, its 80$Edit: I live in sweden, laws of refund may vary from country to country i guess

Lol. I got stuck at the hangar on Sunday the week of launch.
been stuck in there ever since and didn’t refund cause I thought it would be fixed by now.
now steam isn’t going to refund me cause I have 20 hours played in over 2 weeks.
even tho I’ve been stuck in the same spot for to weeks!
love the smell of burning money ☹️
If Ashoka sucks I’m literally done with star wars for good.
