Force Lift/Slam Not Working; stuck on turret room; PS5

I just started the game about a month ago.  It is a digital download on PS5. After the cutscene when you learn the Force Lift/Slam, the R1 + X does not work. I read a few other threads here, but none of the workarounds suggested worked (re-mapping the buttons, restarting the console, re-installing game, etc).  How do I contact EA to see if a fix is being worked on?  From the other threads, I don't see much involvement from EA administrators.
